Alfredo Sauce

Ok so with much research and my own personal tastes I think I have deiceded on a receipe. Whether or not it will taste good...I will let you know this weekend. :)

1/2 C Butter
1 package of cream cheese (8 ounce preferred)
3 TSP Garlic
2 C Milk
6 Oz grater parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tbs Parsley
1/2 C diced tomatos (slightly cooked)

Directions if your curious:

Melt butter in Pan medium heat. Add cream cheese, garlic powder and parsley. Stir it until smoothe. Add milk, make sure you get out all lumps. Remove from heat when you get your desired consistency. Sauce will thicken quite quick. If needed thin with milk.

During this time, take your diced tomatos and lightly simmer them in pan on low heat, add salkt and pepper if you wish. Add Sauce to your noodles and top with the tomatos.

Depending on if you use salted butter or unsalted will determine your need to add salt obviously.

I'm thinking I will also maybe throw some shrimp or chicken in there..YUM SHRIMP

It's what you make it

I think I'm going to make this short and simple...I think. Can't make any promises.

I've noticed some judge peoples house appearence. Whether it look old broken down, brand new, three stories etc.

So I started to think. How different is it than a church? You always here the building doesn't make the church, it's the people who make the church.

So how come people don't apply that to homes? Whether the house is "trashy" or "high class". Why does it matter? It's the people or family that makes the home.

You could have all the material things in the world in your home, and maybe still broken. Maybe it's the people who have nothing who are put together?

Just a thought.

Oh Jesus another Christian....(don't be scared)

Jana here,

I'm 22, I live in Las Vegas, NV. I LOVE cooking, composing music/playing and I'm proud to say I'm christian.

I will never understand how simply saying I am Christian can turn a person off instantly. I feel like I need to have a disclosure after stating I am Christian. Which would include: I promise I will not harass or hunt you down via Email, text/phone calls, IM or in person to try and convert you.

I'm assuming people think that Christians, or any religion for that matter are uptight and no fun. I am a HUGE sinner and you might say I'm pretty good at it.....Ok now I think I might have some of you confused. Christians sin too, yes tis true. I curse, and yes I extend the truth...ok ok I lie. Nope definately not perfect and that's ok. Honestly I don't think I would want to be perfect. (I'll leave that up to Jesus :P)

So don't worry. This Blog or whatever this is, will not try and "convert" any of you. I am doing this because...well, I don't really know. Sitting on the couch and just kinda came to me.

In lovely Denver visiting siblings, arriving back in Vegas Thursday April 1.

When I get back, I am going to have a receipe for some good Alfredo sauce and maybe a tune.

Signing off until next time.
